SQL Server Automatic Backup W/ Restore Utility
This is the utility I use to Automate Daily Backups for SQL Server databases. It is currently being used by my clients. I decided to build these utility coz i dont see anything like it. This will backup your database and compress it automatically using winrar software. Features: 1. Backup your database and Compress It to Winrar file automatically. Leads to a smaller backups and occupy less space in drive. 2. Ability to backup to any dirve or folder specified like (USB Drive, External Portable Drives and other media) 3. Ability auto backup on specified hour(s). 4. Can Restore Database in case of corruptions. Requisite: 1. Install Dotnetbar ( Used in my User Interfacce ,You can download a trial version of it in google search) 2. Install Winrar (Use for compression of Daily Backups) This is coded in Visual Studio 2008 but will work on visual studio 2010 and later.
